I’m currently embracing life as a 50-something-year-old and loving it!
I grew up near Houston, Texas. My father spent his career at NASA, and I followed in his footsteps, for a while at least. After almost 30 years in Information Technology, I took a leap of faith and went to work in church ministry. After several years of that, I embarked on a totally new endeavor: reinventing myself as artist, writer, poet, and teacher.
These days I do a variety of things, and I don’t think there’s ever a day I don’t wake up excited about the possibilities. I feel blessed to be able to do what I do.
My nest is currently empty, except for two cats and a houseplant I haven’t killed yet. We won’t talk about the state of my patio garden.
